Returns and Exchanges

Our goal at See Kai Run is complete customer confidence and satisfaction.

If you’re not happy with your seekairun.com purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange unused items, in their original condition, within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued items and final sale items, except in the case of manufacturer defect. Shipping charges and gift boxes are not refundable.

If any item arrives damaged, is defective, or there has been an error in your order, we will be happy to replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost, or refund the price of purchase. Please email us at returns@seekairun.com or call 1.888.KAI.SHOE (524.7463) for assistance.

Want a different size, color or style? No problem! Your exchange will ship back to you for FREE! Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs to See Kai Run. Final sale items cannot be exchanged. Please choose your exchange method from the two options below:

  1. To receive your items as quickly as possible, place a new order on seekairun.com for the product that you want. Next, return the original (unused and in new condition) item to us. Include the new order number so that we can refund the shipping cost (for US orders only) of the new order you placed, if applicable. Shipping cost refund will be up to the same amount charged on the original order.

  2. Not in a hurry to receive your exchange? Fill out the form on the back of your sales receipt with the item(s) you would like in exchange. Include your credit card number. We will either charge your card or refund the difference. Please include a couple of alternatives in case your first choice is out of stock. Return item to us and we will send you the exchange for FREE! Free shipping on exchanges in the US only, Canada exchanges will be charged $10 for shipping.

For both returns and exchanges, please fill out the return form located on the back side of your sales receipt and include it along with product in original packaging inside a shipping box and send to:

To ensure your package arrives safely, please send your return by one of these traceable methods: UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or Insured Parcel Post. Once we receive your return package, we’ll process refunds and exchanges within 10 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear. See Kai Run can only take returns from products purchased through seekairun.com.
