Position Description: As footwear developer for See Kai Run, you will coordinate every aspect of Children’s footwear development with our manufacturing partners in China.
Primary responsibilities: Coordinate the product development process from brief stage through final prototyping, fit trial and final production for multiple brands. Create clear and concise product specifications/communicate See Kai Run Best Practice. Execute timely approval of all production and fit confirmation samples to ensure smooth transition into commercialization. Track and monitor development process according to time and action calendar. Keep samples organized and detailed notes throughout development. Facilitate timely creation, delivery and approval of all relevant technical information (sketches, CADs, lasts, patterns, blue-prints, etc.Facilitate timely creation, delivery and approval of all relevant technical information (sketches, CADs, lasts, patterns, blue-prints, etc. Manage the diagnosis of fit/wear and commercialization issues and ensure products are tested successfully for mass production and clearly communicate findings. Work with suppliers to find correct and innovative material that meets product goal. Participate in cost review meetings and help identify areas to improve costing. Ensure all product specs are appropriate to meet costing goals. This position reports to the Director of Design and Development.
Position requirements: 2-3 years in a FOOTWEAR product development position required. Experience building product specifications. Working knowledge of material/leather applications. EXTREME attention to detail and organization. Communicating with both international and domestic vendors a MUST. Exceptional multi-tasking ability a must. Ability to work independently with strong initiative. Supporting the development of each assigned brand and communicates effectively. Must be proficient in MS Office applications---Outlook, Excel and Word as well as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Position Summary: We at See Kai Run know kids feet, and as a leading distributor of Children’s Footwear, are seeking a Sales Coordinator to work at our corporate office in Woodinville, WA. The role will support the national account sales team, upper management, and other prospective customers by initiating and maintaining sales reports, product analysis, product line presentations, daily communication, contracts, and retail programs. Ensuring account satisfaction and meeting account deadlines are required to meet company goals and sales targets.
Primary Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned; • Ability to maintain a positive relationship with existing as well as new customers and sales team. • Interpret sales and administrative reports and confidential documents and agreements. • Support and guide the sales team in attaining sales targets. • Communicate with the sales team to gather information useful to management in research and planning. • Provide continuous improvement ideas to the company and sales team. • Prepare proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations based on sales analysis. • Research sales data from customer databases and sales portals for use in product/line reviews and forecasting. • Monitor sales trends and evaluate/track progress toward sales targets. • Prepare product reports and product set plans for retail execution. • Work closely with all departments to coordinate a corporate calendar, tradeshows, and internal sales meetings. • Oversee sales sample inventory and distribution of marketing assets.
